FAQ’s

Q: Do you teach positive thinking?
A: No, this isn’t Polly Anna B.S. because as you already know, just thinking you’re fine doesn’t make you fine. You’ll learn how to have useful and productive thinking that’s clear and action-oriented.

Q: I’m kinda lost and don’t really know who I am or what I want. Is this OK?
A: Absolutely! This is exactly why coaching is perfect for you! That is if you want to figure it out.

Q: How can I be sure your coaching will work for me? Nothing else has worked
A: The tools I teach will work for you if you’re coachable and open to applying yourself and doing the work.

Q: Who are your best clients?
A: Women who are nervous about this journey (because it’s totally normal!) but know if they don’t do anything different nothing will change. They’re coachable and willing to learn and grow. They’re ready to stop talking about it and be about it.

Q: Who are your worst clients?
A: Women who see themselves as victims and who want to do more talking than action-taking.

Q: Do you make me do things I don’t want to do?
A: I never make you do anything. I help you see what makes sense for you to do. I give you the tools so that you’re your own self-authority. Remember, we’re a team and my part is to hold you accountable to do the work that you’ve decided is in your best interest to do.

Q: How many clients do you take on? Are you accessible when I need you?
A: I keep my client list intentionally small (5-8) because being full-on and accessible to you is important to me. I don’t just say I offer communication between sessions, I insist on it

Q: I have problems investing in myself yet I know I need to. Any pointers?
A: This is a common catch-22. I teach you how to value yourself but you have to invest in yourself first and if you don’t value yourself it’s hard to justify the investment. Ahhhhh!

And the loudest voice giving you all the reasons not to invest in yourself? Your inner critic. The loudest voice that’s depleted your self-trust so much that you believe you won’t do the work, you’re not worthy, or that this work won’t work for you? Your inner critic. WE SLAY THAT MONSTER.

Here are a few questions to ask yourself:

- What do you want the 'payout' to be by investing in yourself? Why is this important to you? List out ten reasons.

- What have these last 12 months (or more) cost you in time? Money? Confidence? Clarity? Do you want to exponentially speed up the process or stay on your current road?

I signed up to work with Kelly because I was stuck in many areas of life. I wanted to get unstuck but just didn’t know how.

After finishing the class, I see now that I had an awful relationship with myself and my body which is why I was always restricting, dieting, and controlling exercise, food, and alcohol.

I learned that being a perfectionist was totally holding me back from everything I wanted in life and learning what to do instead has literally changed my whole life!

Food, alcohol, and negative thoughts no longer have power over me and I am moving and challenging my body from a whole new and healthy perspective.

I honestly wish I would have had these tools decades ago!
