😱 A client's thoughts were so scary she froze

I'm dedicating this month to helping you understand and tame scary thoughts. We all have them and when you know how to tame them, you triple (or more!) your energy, joy, productivity, results, and time. 

 

Everything in your life shifts when you know how to shift your thoughts.

A year ago she still had scary thoughts that she wasn't as good as or as well-spoken as her degreed co-workers. Management reinforced these thoughts and told her she didn't warrant the same pay because of this. 

 

Instead of fleeing (a common way she used to cope when she had these 'not enough' thoughts), she decided to stay the course because she knew deep down that she was awesome but saw that she still needed to put in the work to up-level her thoughts so she would truly believe it. 

Her self-work paid off and management sees how kick-ass she is at her job and actually appreciates her 'unpolished' and real approach with clients because clients love her and the way she explains processes.
