Stress, worry, and anxiety. 

 

On average, how many minutes (or hours?) do you estimate you move through weekly tasks, meetings, habits, and/or conversations while stressing, what-if-ing and worrying about worse case?

How much time do you spend feeling anxious wondering if you’re doing everything right, doing it good enough, worrying what people think, or feeling like there’s never enough time or energy to do everything you have to do?

 

For many, it’s just become a normal way to operate.
