This first workout is straight-forward, full-body, and FUN : )

It’s 20 minutes (or longer if you’re up for it!) and I encourage you to do it 3x this week, alternating days (don’t do it three or two days in a row.)

When I refer to keeping the switch on — I mean keep going! When it gets tough keep your switch ON instead of flipping the quit switch!
