Writing prompt:
Why do YOU want to up-level your habit? Get out whatever you wrote on yesterday and spend four minutes free-writing.
Keep asking yourself WHY (at least 4x!) until you uncover the why that has heart for YOU.
My example:
Back in the day when I wanted to lose weight and eat better I never succeeded because 1) I was vague, 2) I always tried to do too much (perfectionism), and 3) because I didn’t have a compelling why.
I always thought I ‘should’ be a certain weight/look a certain way because I thought having it would make me happy, more lovable, and more confident.
NOPE! I had to get clear, stay small, and have a strong and compelling WHY.
Being able to trust myself to follow through on what I said was important to me (for the first time in my life) was my big why. That’s what gave me true happiness, confidence, self-love, and easier (and lasting) results. Hell yeah!
