“Why can’t I make the time to get in my long run? Everyone else seems to easily manage a career, kids, marriage, and committee meetings. What the hell am I doing wrong?”
“I’m soooo fat and I don’t want anyone to see me in running shorts until I lose some weight.”
“I’m so frustrated that I’m hurt again but it makes me crazy to sit still so I’m just gonna push through it.”
“I used to be so motivated and now I just want to eat and sit on the couch. What the hell is wrong with me?”
