Now we learn all the kick-ass opposites! Being authentic, trusting your decisions, being bold and speaking up, taking care of your needs without feeling guilty, getting clear about your values and goals, and learning how to flow vs stress to name a few.

Nothing happens or changes without action and ironically it’s what we fear doing the most because we’re scared of starting in the wrong place, messing it up, or failing.
